TALES 4 features 5 stories from the Sun Eater universe: The Guns of Pharos, The Prince of Man, The Royal Game, The Fangs of Oannos, and one never-before-seen story: The Acosmist.
As with previous issues of TALES, this collection is ebook only. A print edition omnibus collecting all my short fiction will be forthcoming, sometime after the completion of SHADOWS UPON TIME. (Indeed, it may be the case that there will be two or three omnibus volumes eventually). An audio edition of these short stories will be pursued at that time.
Additionally, you may note that two of these stories previously appeared in special editions of my work, namely from Anderida Books and the Diamond Edition of Empire of Silence. I have seen some people concerned (or indeed irritated) that these special editions should receive new material. It is my personal opinion that a special edition MUST receive new material. It is also my personal opinion that said special edition material ought not remain exclusive forever. All special edition-linked short stories will appear in future issues of TALES OF THE SUN EATER, just give it time.

I will be returning to Texas next month, where I'll be a guest at Comicpalooza in Houston June 20-22. I hope I'll see you there! I'll have at least one panel each day, and be signing books with Brazos Books. I will not have my own booth or anything at the show. Look forward to seeing you all there!
